Four years ago, I had double jaw surgery due to malocclusion.. My facial asymmetry improved, so my impression got better, but starting two years ago, my cheeks noticeably began to sag. Actually, I felt like my jawline was collapsing, so I wanted to have incisions in front of, below, and behind my ears to lift everything, and I went for a consultation. But the director said that since I'm still young (I'm in my mid-20s), a bit of jawline liposuction should be enough, and suggested making an incision in the scalp above the ears and pulling it up. He said it honestly felt difficult to perform this kind of surgery when I was still young.. But since bone had been removed and the remaining skin was sagging, this was the only option, so there was nothing to be done, and he sighed. I kept insisting that he make incisions in front of and behind the ears, but he stopped me, saying that since I'm still young, wouldn't it be bad to be left with such a big scar.. Come to think of it, because of my major.. and the job I'll have, I'll always have to tie my hair up, so that would be a bit much, and I decided to listen to the director. The surgery took about two hours? three hours? or so. Oh, but when I woke up from anesthesia, it was strangely hard. When I had nose surgery before, I just woke up and felt like I had slept, and I came home alone smiling.. But this time, I was supported by a nurse and went to lie down in the recovery room. Maybe because it was a major surgery.. ^^; During recovery, other than not being able to wash my hair, there wasn't anything that hurt badly or anything. Oh right, I also had fat grafting to my forehead and nasal bridge. My friends saw me and said my impression became more glamorous lol; It's been about fifteen days now, and I'm completely satisfied. Because of my sagging cheeks, I had developed wrinkles next to my mouth /-----＼ like this.. Not nasolabial folds, but next to the mouth.. Ah, I don't know how to explain it, but people in the same situation will know... But now, the crease line remains, but the wrinkle is gone!! It was so fascinating lol. I think if I take good care of it with cosmetics, the line will disappear too. The jawline liposuction area is still a little swollen, but the director said it will go down slowly. lol When I squeeze my eyes shut like >_<, it feels a bit tight, but other than that, there's nothing uncomfortable. I had also heard things like the outer corners of the eyes can get pulled upward, so I was anxious and prepared for it, but there was none of that at all. It's fascinating. They cut the scalp above the ears and pulled diagonally, but the outer corners of my eyes didn't lift;; I once posted a question asking whether a lift would help, and someone sent me a message saying that since I'm still young, it would be better not to get a lift... I still remember that person's warm-hearted concern a lot. They worried about me, someone whose face they didn't even know, and even sent me a message.. I feel sorry that I ended up getting the surgery... But I also wanted to give hope to people in the same situation..
