Ah damn, I wrote a long post and it all disappearedㅠ It has been five months since surgery, and I am planning removal, so I wanted to check the condition of my nasal bones and went to a hospital that does CT scans to get a CT. Removal consultation was not available, and they said only revision surgery consultation after 6 months was possible, so I said it had been 6 months and got a consultation. I had lateral osteotomies on both sides and a slight hump shaving, and the reason I got the CT was this. According to the CT results, the silicone was shifted to the left at the glabella area, the thickness was greatest at the glabella, then became thinner toward the nasal bones, and became thicker again at the part leading to the nasal tip. My original nose had a low glabella, then a slight hump that was not noticeable, then the part leading to the nasal tip dipped slightly, and then the nasal tip was high again. The shape of my nose after surgery is a semi-upturned, beoseon-like nose. After nose surgery, my nasal tip actually became more bulbous, and it also looks pinched. I hate it so muchㅠㅠ The nasal tip shape is not pretty either. Since it became worse than my original nose, it is really stressfulㅡㅡ So I am wondering whether to remove everything, or have revision surgery to lower my nose, or remove the silicone and lower the nasal tip too.. I am so conflictedㅠㅠ Is there anyone else who has the same concern as me?
