But I left it alone for a long time, wondering if it was delayed inflammation? Through the mucous membrane inside one side of the nose, without cutting or stitching, only the silicone was removed. The cartilage tying remains. They said I had an L-shaped silicone implant. So the nasal tip is softer than before. Originally, even the nasal tip was really completely hard... But after removing the silicone, I saw that the nasal tip cartilage is shifted to one side, though it is only noticeable if I talk and look closely, so I’m satisfied. And I don’t think there is contracture. Maybe because it’s only been 2 weeks? In the first few days after removal, the skin in the areas where the silicone had been was really floppy, but now it feels like everything has slightly adhered and settled into place. Well, I’m satisfied with the shape. It looks more natural than when the silicone was in. Originally, my nose surgery was because I had a severe hump, so they shaved it, also shaved a lot on both sides of the nasal bridge, and covered it with 2 mm L-shaped silicone. And I didn’t do any Rizaben, massage, vitamins, or anything like that. Maybe because I left the nasal tip, I like my nose now after removing the silicone more than the nose after surgery. It doesn’t look too intense... And for those planning removal, don’t be too scared of removal surgery. They say there are more people with good progress than expected. But I won’t get depression or contracture, right? And can I drink alcohol? The hospital told me not to drink for about 4 weeks...
