Is everyone who had removal like this????

It has been 4 weeks since I had everything removed. My nose has always been on the smaller side, so I do not really notice it being blunt, and I think the nasal tip feels slightly slimmer than it did at week 3!! The nostril area on the side where things were removed feels a little firmer!! Overall, it is slimmer and higher than my pre-surgery nose!! Maybe it is because I had the removal more than a year after surgery~~ Even when I had the surgery, it was not particularly high, and right now I do not have anything like contracture or an upturned look, but the circled part in the picture is firm!! After removal, I used to be able to make a pig nose, and now I can make about a half-pig nose!! I cannot really tell when touching it, but when I press from above, it feels firm... Is everyone like this??? For those who had removal, is that area firm?? Because it is firm, I feel anxious. Please let me know???!!! When I touch the nasal bridge, it feels like a little scar tissue is attached, and the nasal tip looks slightly lower than when I had surgery, but maybe because I had osteotomy, I do not feel that it is very low!! So that makes me even more anxious lol They even showed me the removed implant and explained it to me!! I have a suspicious mind. If only the firmness really went away, I do not think I would have anything to worry about with my nose. I am taking Rizaben twice a day, but I ran out of medicine today and got a prescription, though I have not been able to get the medicine yet!! I am taking a multivitamin and minerals, doing warm compresses occasionally, and I am somehow scared to massage, so I have not been doing it!!
