Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I didn’t even get an implant, but I think I know why my nose looks long and made me look older …

Usually, for a nose shape to look natural, it should get wider toward the bottom in a triangular shape like that, right? I had osteotomy + septal cartilage done. Before surgery, I had a bulbous nose with a high bridge, so I got surgery hoping my nose would become smaller and cuter ㅠㅠ But like that, from the bridge to the tip, it looks pinched straight down in one line, and maybe because of the septal cartilage, the tip of my nose got even longer.. After surgery, far from hearing that I got prettier, all I kept hearing was that I got uglier and looked older.. I spent all day looking in the mirror, taking photos, and thinking for 8 months after surgery about what the problem was, and the change in my nose shape is exactly like that drawing ㅠㅠ The clinic says to wait up to 1 year.. For that area to naturally spread back out again, is removing the septal cartilage the only option? Or should I ask them just to undo the cartilage tying? I really hate and dread the thought of having surgery again. If only that area could spread back out into a mountain-like shape again, I’d have no other wish.. Is removal the only way?ㅠㅠ
