I had rhinoplasty 2 years ago. I had Gore-Tex 1.8 mm (just enough to cover after slightly shaving down the hump) + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I don't know if I lost weight, but my nasal tip has gradually started showing through, and these days people keep asking me whether I had rhinoplasty, which they did not even ask 2 years ago It feels like people only look at my nose, and my friends say my nasal tip is too pointy. I am considering revision surgery (almost 90% decided). If I remove only the nasal tip, will severe contracture occur? Only the hospital where I had surgery says it looks pretty, and all the other hospitals say it is indeed cartilage show-through.
