Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Silicone, septal support strut, septal cartilage removal.... I have a question.

First of all, I’m a senior in high school taking the college entrance exam this year... Ahead of the CSAT and college admissions, I thought I wanted to become prettier, so I paid 3.7 million won to shave down a hump, do lateral osteotomies on both sides and bring them together, used a septal support strut and cartilage for the nasal tip, and they said silicone was placed to connect the boundary between the nasal bridge and tip: 1 mm in the bridge, and 3 mm at the boundary between the nasal dorsum and the tip... Actually, I told them I didn’t like silicone and asked them to operate in a way that avoided it as much as possible... but maybe my nose was one where it had to be used after all.. or maybe it was the doctor’s method, but silicone went in... Actually, I really liked the shape of my nose. But because I’m worried about side effects that could come in the future, no, that inevitably could come (since I’ll live another 50 to 60 years...) I’m putting aside schoolwork and feeling depressed.... I’m a student doing something foolish. I feel sorry telling my parents that after paying almost 4 million won.... about a month’s salary, I want to undo my nose after only one month... but if I live like this, I feel like I’ll later have to live through revision surgeries because of side effects... and lose nasal function, so I’m going crazy. Actually, I have a bad habit of looking at the future negatively and making contingency plans, so I think that’s making me more depressed. Up to here is my.... regretful story;; I’m not too worried about silicone because I don’t think removing it would cause a severe change in my nose, but I’m scared that if I remove the support strut and septal cartilage, my nose might collapse or become strangely deformed. Actually, I think I’ll regret it even if I remove them, and I think I’ll regret it if I live like this and side effects come too. Since I’ll regret it either way, I decided to remove them with the mindset that I should at least preserve the function of my nose first. Actually, I feel sure I have this regret because I did the nose surgery recklessly without knowledge... I also think there will definitely be things about removal that I’ll regret. But I honestly don’t know the effects that come after removal, or the pros and cons.... I’m worried that I’ll once again go back and forth blindly and only pile up regrets, so if anyone could explain in detail what happens when silicone, septal cartilage, and the support strut are removed... I would truly be gratefulㅜㅜ Please help me... There are only 80 days left until the CSAT, and I feel pathetic and frustrated wondering what I’m doing. (I had a long nose that became an arrow-shaped nose when I smiled.. the nasal tip was bulbous.. I heard they did cartilage tying.)
