I had my nasal bridge hump slightly shaved, 3.5 mm silicone inserted, and nostril reduction. Because my nasal tip was blunt and shaped like an arrow nose, they used septal cartilage to make a support strut.. But now it’s been a little over three weeks,, I really hate that my nose looks upturned in an 11-shaped way, so I decided to have removal surgery tomorrow.. I can’t even begin to describe how mentally hard these three weeks have been. But the doctor says he thinks I’m feeling burdened by the current look, and suggested shaving the silicone down to 2 mm and lowering the nasal tip a little,, Will I really regret it if I remove everything? My surgery is tomorrow at 12:30, and he said he would do it the way I want,, I’m anxious that something might go wrong again,,, If I remove the silicone completely, will it become too low? I did have the hump shaved, but my nose wasn’t originally extremely low,, If I remove both the silicone and the septal cartilage completely, will it look strange because my nostrils have already been reduced? Or should I just reduce what feels burdensome, like the director said,, I miss my old image so much I could die,, What should I do, Tomorrow is the time to choose,, and if I choose and it still doesn’t go well, I feel like I’ll really want to die,,, What would you do '?ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
