Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Removal after 3 months..

I went for a consultation yesterday, and my nose, which had been so red, looked fine yesterday... They said it doesn't even count as red... and that my nose surgery went very wellㅠㅠ At first, when I was alone, the manager and coordinator both ignored me^^;; They didn't even greet me~ After that, even when my mom came, their behavior was similar lol There were so many patients booked for surgery at the clinic that day? I wanted to stop them all, but I held back.. I had a consultation with the director, and when I said I really wanted removal, please remove it, he looked at me like I was being ridiculous and said it can't be done now, and even if he does it, he would do it after 3 to 6 months... Then he asked why I was acting like this when there wasn't even a complication with my nose. Then my mom said, according to her, removal has to be done within 2 to 3 weeks so the cartilage doesn't adhere; is that correct? She said I'm on my phone all day only looking up removal, to the point that I know more than the doctor. He said, that's true, but you only know strange information. I can do it after 3 months, and the surgery went well now. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like wasting time on things like this, and there are many people waiting for surgery right now, so I don't like wasting time like this. If you ask me to do removal surgery, I'll do it. But not today. Make an appointment. That's what he said.. Even though he clearly knew I came from Jeju Island... So when I just stayed quiet, he said, take photos first, and took photos, then asked my mom, am I being too harsh with my words?.... I felt really bad and was depressed all day... I asked the consultation manager if they could copy my surgical records, and they said that kind of thing isn't possible, saying, why would we lie about something like that? and seemed offended... At the clinic, my mom, the doctor, and the manager all seemed to think I was strange.. They asked why I was acting like this when they didn't put any cartilage in my nose.. But right now my nasal tip (the part right above the columella) is pointy.. vertically.. I can see cartilage showing through tooㅠㅠ So it makes it look even more like a lie... In the end, they said if I still felt that way after 3 or 6 months, they would do it then, so I cried and cried and came back...

First, before surgery, I had a severe upturned nose and my nostrils were completely visible, like 00 My alar cartilages were not well developed, so when I pressed my nasal tip, it sank in deeply.. to the point that kids asked if I had no bone in my nose After that, it looked as if cartilage had been placed in my nasal tip (like the shape of swelling from a mosquito bite) and when I touch the nasal tip, it feels pointy.. They said the surgical method was that they slightly resected the alar cartilage, lowered the cartilage that had been straight downward, and tied it into a ring shape... In other words, they said they repositioned the alar cartilage They said for removal surgery, they just have to raise the lowered cartilage back up and untie the cartilage that was tied into a ring shape.. But some people said ear cartilage was placed between that cartilageㅜㅠㅠ I don't want anything else put into my nose when I have removalㅠㅠ When repositioning, do they put in other cartilage too? I don't have a pinched nose... It's just dark and blotchy like a bruise...
