At first the swelling was really severe. So severe that when the nurse saw my nose, she went, huh.. At its peak, my nasal tip was no joke. On top of that, they put cotton in my nostrils, so my nose got even bigger. The cotton was removed the next day, and the professor said that after removal, the nose has tons of germs. So there are germs on the hands too, and if germs get into the incision wound, inflammation can occur, so he told me not to touch my nose. Also, because blood could collect, they had done something to my nose, but I can't remember the term. After taking out the cotton, they removed that too. Even after the cotton was removed, nosebleed kept pouring out a lot. By day 3, it stopped. The swelling goes down really super fast day by day. I was really worried, thinking it was scar tissue, but it wasn't. Maybe because it was removal, the swelling goes down super fast. After removing the cotton, I saw that the columella had gone in too, the bluntness of the nasal tip was gone, the pointy part disappeared, and the protruding columella went in, so I got back a cute-looking impression. Because my nasal tip was blunt, the nasal tip protruded, and the shape was very bizarre. So it really ruined my face a lot... But once that was gone, my impression came back, and the side profile is okay too. But one thing that changed is that when looking at my side profile, at the nasal tip, the columella used to show, like Shin Se-kyung. It was a nose where the columella showed at the nasal tip from the side, but now it doesn't show. Is it because of swelling..? But this doesn't really affect my image. Only that part changed slightly, and everything came back haha. Hmm.. and today the professor taped only my nasal tip, lightly, and told me absolutely not to touch my nose. He said inflammation can occur and that touching it now is not good. Those who had removal, please don't touch it yet either. And on my nasal bridge, the place where the silicone was inserted remains. That had been a bit stressful. The nasal bridge had spread because of swelling and all, but now the spread-out swelling has gone down, and the part raised as much as the silicone height has also lowered a little, so it's at a nice-looking height now. Honestly, speaking about the current height, even if the swelling goes down, I hope the height doesn't go down. As the swelling in the nasal tip is going down too, the shape is becoming clearer. It's similar to my nose shape before surgery. It's the same. The nasal tip from the side has changed a little, but it doesn't look strange. It doesn't affect my image either. But.. honestly, I'm afraid of the contraction period... ㅠㅠ I need to brace myself. It hasn't come yet. And after removal, my nasal tip was really soft, and it still is. But I think it's gotten a bit hard. Also, since the columella went in, the phenomenon of it looking long disappeared. Other people say their skin is like scales, but mine was not like that at all. Looking toward the contraction period, and my mind is really at ease~! I removed all the septal cartilage. And every time I went to the clinic, I kept getting preventive anti-inflammatory injections and antibiotic injections too. And today my nose feels stuffy. Somehow.. itchy.
