Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Leaving another removal review, around week 5

I came back after a while and saw a lot of replies, so I’m leaving another review! From week 2, my nose felt very tight and looked like it was lifted a lot, but now, after all kinds of effort, it feels like it’s coming down lol Rizaben.. warm compresses.. I took the medication when I felt the tightness, and whether it was because of the medicine or what, after a few days of taking it, in the mornings it felt a bit hard/tight? but I didn’t feel that pulling sensation anymore lol Now I’m more bothered by the columellar scar ㅠㅠ I’m applying Dermatix now, morning and evening, and the redness has improved a lot Once the wound closes, make sure! to apply scar ointment Now I definitely look in the mirror much less, and the lifted feeling may just be something I’ve gotten used to, but to me it feels like it’s coming down lol The nasal tip is gradually getting softer too, and the pulling in the columella has improved a lot My nasal bridge was originally on the higher side, so even though they did osteotomy and shaved down the hump, my current appearance after removal isn’t low, so I’m really relieved It seems like the hospital didn’t do an excessive osteotomy There’s no feeling of a depression in the middle at all, and it doesn’t really look spread out either I’m so relieved.. I think getting it removed was truly the right thing to do I believe that with time it’ll get softer and come down more!! Before removal, I took an X-ray and confirmed there were no abnormal findings, then decided on removal. The hospital also said it could return to something similar to my previous appearance Everyone, please get proper consultations, make sure to get an X-ray too, and then decide!! From now on, if anyone says they’re getting nose surgery, I’m going to pack a lunch and stop them.. lol The photo is a side profile taken while lying down Please use it as reference, everyone stay strong!
