I’m worried about removing my septal cartilage Please, I really need advice

It has been almost 7 months since I had my hump shaved down, 2 mm silicone, a septal cartilage strut, and cartilage tying From far away, my nasal tip looks far too pointy, and I don’t like how it sticks out sharply And my nostrils are triangular, like this (^^), and even uneven... I want to remove it, but honestly I’m very worried The part I’m most conflicted about right now is that I could accept the bridge becoming a little lower, or not being smooth, but my biggest concern is the nasal tip.. Because of the septal cartilage strut and cartilage tying, it is longer than before surgery, and my nostrils are longer too My nasal tip, which used to droop a little, has been lifted. I like the degree of upturning, but I’m very bothered that my nostrils are so plainly visible Anyway, would it be better to remove everything that was done to the nasal tip?? Then even if it is a little upturned at first, will it come down later exactly as much as before?? The clinic says that after removal, the nasal tip will droop again over time... and since my nose was somewhat droopy before surgery and the hump has also been shaved down, my nose will look even more droopy.. What I’m most curious about is 1. Among those who completely removed the nasal tip work, did your nasal tip droop exactly the same as before surgery after time passed?? Or did it not droop as much as before, and stay even slightly more lifted...? My old nose was a bit droopy.. If it droops that much again... I’m really torn over whether I should just lower the septal cartilage at the nasal tip... 2. If I don’t leave cartilage or things like that in the nasal tip, but leave something like cartilage tying, would it not droop and become slightly gathered?? Then.. would the nostrils still look pointed..?
