I had nose surgery with about 2 mm of silicone and septal cartilage, and after 1 year and 6 months, with no side effects at all, I had all the implants removed because of psychological discomfort. It has now been 3 months since removal. For a while after removal, I felt comfortable and lived without thinking much about it, but by chance I looked again at photos from before my nose surgery, and the shape is different from my nose now.. Before surgery, my nose was slim, small, and sharp, but now, 3 months after removing all implants, my nose is blunter and bigger than my completely original nose used to be. A lot of the shape from when I had surgery still remains.. It feels like only the height of the nose has been lowered in that shape. Before surgery, the shape of my nose itself was small and slim. This nose suited my face better... The doctor said it would return 99% to my original nose, and right after removal I also checked the removed implants with my own eyes. But it is not going completely back to my own nose.... Will it go back if more time passes? Please reply if it has been more than 6 months since your removal.
