Today I had a little of the nasal bridge/septal area and the protruding part of the nasal bridge removed through the nostril, but my nasal tip area swelled up like a cherry tomato. I understand the nasal bridge swelling, but why are the nasal alae swelling so much? Around when will the swelling go down? I thought it would be simple, but the surgical swelling is severe, so I’m flustered
