Community Review of Jeongseok

While I was looking into revision rhinoplasty, I had an acquaintance who had undergone revision surgery, and the improvement of their bulbous nose was good. In particular, the way their long nose became a shorter nose was so pretty that I went to the consultation together while holding my acquaintance's hand. During the consultation with the director, he diagnosed that, during the previous surgery, the costal cartilage had been placed too thickly, and was blocking the airway at the anterior nasal septum. So we first set the direction toward removal. For improving the bulbous nose, he explained that because the skin still has some laxity, the nasal tip would need to be raised a little to reduce it, but if it were raised higher than the current state, it could create the effect of making only the nose stand out excessively, so we decided on nostril/alar base reduction. I was told that cartilage reuse would only be known after opening it up, but they would try to reuse it as much as possible, and that they would also improve the deviated nose and complete it that way. We tried a virtual surgery program with a straight-to-slightly-curved line, somewhere between natural and naturally glamorous. If it turns out exactly like the virtual surgery program, and my current breathing discomfort, bulbous nose, and deviated nose improve, I think my quality of life will clearly go up. Lastly, during the consultation with the consultant, I received a certain amount of discount through an acquaintance discount, so I felt somewhat comforted in terms of cost.
