To get the nose shape I wanted, it was true that a lot of different manipulations would have been needed, but they said I just needed silicone placed and ear cartilage added without osteotomy. Since I had no cosmetic surgery experience at all, I said okay and went ahead, but then the silicone bent and kinked, poked my nose, caused pain, and bleeding... When I went to the hospital and told them, they said they would inject filler in the direction opposite the bend lol I felt like communication wouldn’t work, so 1 year after the surgery I had revision surgery at another hospital, and they said the nasal bridge had collapsed too much because of the silicone... I really regret having surgery at this hospital. My nasal tip shape wasn’t bulbous before, but it became a thick bulbous nose.
