I was nervous because people said the director is chic, and although he does have a blank expression, he was very calm and looked over everything carefully during the consultation, so I liked it. There was no excessive pushing, and he showed photos of various cases and explained several methods so I could choose. I haven’t decided on surgery yet, but he has a lot of experience, and I trusted him to some extent.
