I finally had revision surgery for rear and lower canthoplasty!! I'm here to share my honest review one week after surgery!!! hehe Four years ago, I had rear and lower canthoplasty at another hospital, but it reattached, so I was considering revision surgery. Then a younger acquaintance I know had surgery at Girin, and it turned out so well. So I went for a consultation right away and even paid the deposit that same day!! There were other hospitals on my list too, but the reason I chose Girin without going anywhere else was, first, because my younger acquaintance's result was so pretty and well done, and I had seen it in person. Honestly, I was already 90% decided to do it at Girin lol!! And second, Director Song Hoon explained the surgical method and the possible discomforts after surgery in really great detail, one by one, in a way that was easy to understand. It wasn't a consultation that vaguely tried to persuade me to do it there, so I really liked that. Also, Director Song Hoon was so meticulous and sweetㅠㅠ Before that, I had facial liposuction, and because I was lying down for a long time, the back of my head started to hurt from pressure. He noticed that too and kept changing the position of the cushion? supporting my head whenever it seemed like it would start hurting. I'm also really sensitive to pain, and during surgery I was very scared and anxious, but he caught on right away and said, "I can't put you to sleep, but would you like me to make you a little groggy for a short while?" Inside, I was like wow, he really is meticulous, and I was touchedㅠㅠ Director Song Hoon is such a warm and sweet person,, I hope he sees this post.... ❤️ After surgery, as I said earlier, I'm really dramatic about pain, but after the anesthesia wore off, on the first day my vision looked blurry and then soon became clear again. I had conjunctivitis and tearing, but I had been sufficiently informed about that before surgery! Other than that, there was no pain at all, so it was good! I'm really not exaggerating when I say there was no pain. There really wasn't any, so at first even I was like, what is this.... After surgery, I went down to Busan the same day!! lol And Director Park Deok-jun, who did my facial liposuction + double chin muscle tying surgery, also reassured me before surgery because I was anxious again, saying there was no chance I would wake up during surgery, so not to worry, and that it would be over when I woke up. My double chin really disappeared completely, like it had been scooped out with a ladle... The feeling of touching my own jawline for the first time.. It feels so unfamiliar and I love it... Thank you so much, eek!!! And because I was worried I might miss my train, while I was still groggy in the recovery room I kept mumbling to the nurse? staff member that I couldn't miss my train... and they checked the time for meㅠㅠㅠ I was so grateful. I couldn't see your face, but if you see this post, I want to say thank you.... hehe I get my last stitches removed tomorrow, and I'm excited to see how it looks once the swelling goes down hehe For rear and lower canthoplasty, double chin liposuction + muscle tying, I truly recommend Girin. I already like it even while it's swollen, so once the swelling goes down.... eek I'm so happy because it opened up in the pretty, refreshed shape I wanted. My double chin is gone, so I'm taking side-profile photos every day lol Girin is the best ❤️❤️❤️ hehe
