It has been about 2 months since my double-eyelid surgery. When I first said I wanted surgery, my parents strongly opposed it, but after I kept persuading them, they ended up cheering me on and saying that if I was going to do it, they hoped it would go well.
I kept searching on apps and community posts, went to consultations at several places, and tried setting the line, but after a lot of deliberation, I came here. I was thinking about ptosis correction, but they explained why it was not necessary and which parts I would have to give up, and told me that even without it the shape would come out well, so they recommended not doing it. I trusted them and had the surgery.
I had non-incisional surgery and epicanthoplasty, and while managing the swelling with laser treatments, it seemed to go down a lot after about a month. I think it will settle more naturally as more time passes, and I am doing well while wearing makeup haha
