I looked into several places and had under-eye fat repositioning. The reason I chose it was that they did not recommend fat grafting... Until about one month after surgery, it felt awkward and uncomfortable. But after around 3 months, that feeling gradually disappears. I think it is partly because I got used to it, and during the surgery I also felt a lot of pain? discomfort? There was quite a bit of that. And after surgery, they put tape under the eyes, and I had to keep it on for about 5 days, so going out during that time was a bit... difficult. If you are planning under-eye fat repositioning, it would be good to know this.
