I had a consultation with Director Kim Ki-wan 2 years ago. Other hospitals pushed me to get nostril base reduction, but the director didn’t push anything like that and rather said that if only the nasal tip was lengthened, it would shrink on its own. Also, other hospitals told me to put in silicone, but this was the only place that said doing just the nasal tip would be enough. I regret not getting surgery from Director Kim Ki-wan. I had it done at another hospital, and now it looks like I’ll end up needing revision surgery.
