How should I manage the sebum that comes up? I’m satisfied with the overall result, but the sebum around my nostril wings doesn’t get under control well. I did have some originally, but maybe because after rhinoplasty I can’t really touch my nose well, or maybe because I can’t manage it properly. How did everyone manage it? When I went to Livian for a follow-up, I asked the consultant, and she said gentle massage with oil is now possible to some extent. How is everyone managing it? Is it okay to use things like nose pore strips?
