First of all, I have an extremely, extremely, extremely low nose and a completely bulbous nose. It feels pressed down, and since my midface is sunken, the areas beside my nose are hollow and I also have nasolabial folds.. I prefer a glamorous straight line ㅍㄴㅅ Osteotomy, alar reduction, silicone, bulbous nose correction, autologous costal cartilage Pros - It was my first consultation, and they explained things really well. Both the consultant and the director were very kind. I liked the surgery price range too, and I also liked that the director only does two surgeries a day! And the line they adjusted in Photoshop was so pretty.. Cons - At the clinics I went to afterward, they said my face absolutely did not need alar reduction and that it could actually make my nostrils look pinched, so I found it strange that they recommended alar reduction. And I theoretically understand why they recommended osteotomy, but the other clinics reacted like, “If you put silicone over it, that should do it, so why bother..?” so that also felt strange.. ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ Bulbous nose correction, autologous costal cartilage, silicone (custom-made) Pros - There was no waiting. Right at my scheduled time, I got a CT scan, and the consultations with the consultant and director took exactly about 40 minutes! Thanks to that, I wasn’t late for my next clinic appointment. They also told me absolutely not to do alar reduction, and said nasal surgery cannot improve nasolabial folds. Cons - Rather than pointing out my shortcomings, it felt like they were just fixated on that custom 3D implant. I came out after hearing tons of explanations only about 3D silicone. I get that it’s good, but.. rather than giving me a solution for my face, it strongly felt like a sales pitch for 3D silicone. And it’s expensive..! Ridiculously..!!! ㅎㅌ Autologous costal cartilage, silicone, bulbous nose correction, nasolabial fold fat removal, nasolabial angle correction Pros - The consultation with the director was so good. They were the only one who pointed out my midface depression, and also the only one who brought up the columella and nasolabial angle..!! They said that even after orthodontic treatment, my protruding-mouth look could be fixed with nasolabial angle correction. They said that by removing the fat in the nasolabial folds caused by the depression and raising the nose, the depression could also be improved. They explained while showing me review photos of people similar to me, and I really liked itㅠㅠ Best consultation Cons - The director looked so, so, so busy. The director was about to leave, but I stopped them and asked questionsㅠ There seemed to be a lot of foreigners, and it felt a little like a factory.. Also, the staff’s faces and behavior gave off a very cheap impressionㅜㅜ I haven’t even had surgery yet, but they already don’t respond well.. And the surgery fee is a bit expensive, and when I looked at premium reviews in this community, there were a lot of bad posts saying it failed or about poor aftercare, so I’m worriedㅠㅠ Conclusion If ㅍㄴㅅ had pointed out my weakness (midface depression) the way ㅎㅌ did, it would be such a decent clinic, so I’m planning to go for another consultation. As for ㅎㅌ, I want to ask you all a bitㅠㅠ If it weren’t for the bad reviews, I’d honestly want to just do it thereㅠㅠ I’m so torn. Even if I like the director’s surgical method, if there are lots of bad posts, I shouldn’t do it, right??ㅠㅠ If you know a clinic that’s good at midface depression, bulbous nose correction, columella, and nasolabial angle, please recommend one..

During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
