My nasal tip has dropped a lot, so I’m looking into revision surgery. For a drooping nasal tip, is costal cartilage always the best option? Looking at reviews of ㅁㅇㄷㅇ, ㅌㅋㄹㅅ, ㅊㅇ, etc., it seems like costal cartilage would have to be used, but whether it’s donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, both feel a bit burdensome to me, so I’m worriedㅜ If I go for consultations and they say costal cartilage needs to be used, they’ll give me the choice between the two, right?
익명 Yeah, you should be able to choose. Costal cartilage is used a lot for revision surgery.. Autologous costal cartilage seems like it would hurt so much, so I’m also thinking about donated costal cartilageㅠㅠ I’m going to get consultations at ㅇㄷ and ㅇㄷㅅ first!!!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
