Everyone here.. Has anyone possibly had silicone removed at ㄱㅇㅅ and then had revision rhinoplasty without an implant...? It’s ㄱㅇㅅ in Hongdae! It seems like this place is famous for removal..;;;; I’m not sure whether the nasal tip shape is okay for revision surgery. I was consulted for osteotomy + Megaderm + ear cartilage for the nasal tip.
