I'm considering revision surgery because of function. How is ㄷㅌㅈ?

[@편한코를] No, for function I had surgery for a deviated septum and an inferior turbinectomy, and for cosmetic purposes, I heard they built up the nasal bridge with diced autologous costal cartilage, and put plates of autologous costal cartilage into the nasal tip on both sides as both septal extension grafts and supports. They said autologous costal cartilage was placed on the right side as a spreader graft too. While doing the septoplasty, they used mesh however they wanted. They said they used it to separate the septum from the bone and align the deviation? but I didn't understand, so I tried to ask more, and they got angry? and said it was fine, so I couldn't ask any further. There had been no problem with my nasal valve, but after the spreader graft was placed on the right side, the right side, which was already wide, became even wider, and the narrow left side became even narrower, so I wondered if that might be why. I keep feeling pressure building up in my nose, like when I briefly lower my head to pick something up, or when my left nostril feels blocked and I try to take a deep breath. I have no idea what the reason isㅜㅜ But I heard Dr. Jin also doesn't really give very kind consultations, so I'm worriedㅠㅠ

[@코제발문제없게해주세요] Ah, but functionally there wasn't a problem. I knew my septum was deviated, but I had lived without feeling much major discomfort breathing. When I was getting cosmetic rhinoplasty, they suggested doing functional rhinoplasty together, saying I had just adapted to living with stuffy breathing and that I was living while breathing less than other people, so I had the surgery together...

Everyone, did you end up having surgery? How are you now?
