It has been 3 months since I had the septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone all removed, and I am doing well. The front view is almost similar to before, and the side view has slightly collapsed like a saddle nose, so the line is not smooth. The hardness of the nasal tip improved a lot after removal. Before, even when I stayed still, the nasal tip felt hard, but now I have to touch it to think, oh, it is a little hard. It is not as good as a natural nose, but I am satisfied now.
