I had it removed last Friday (complete removal: septal cartilage, ear cartilage, silicone) I had it removed because of the foreign-body sensation. Right after removal, my nose was lifted so much, my nostrils were completely visible, and the nasal ala became so big. The bridge, nasal dorsum, and nasal tip became as low as before ㅜㅜ It looks so strange. The contraction phase hasn’t come yet, but my nose is lifted so much ㅜㅜ I believed that the nose wouldn’t be lifted right after removal ㅜㅜ My original nose was very low, but my nostrils didn’t show and my columella was a little long ㅜㅜ My operated nose was high and long ㅜㅜ
