Seriously, at least 2 mm needs to come down, but the nasal ala? exactly the central nasal tip is lifted upward. If the contraction loosens and a lot of time passes, will it come down even a little?
When I see people getting revision rhinoplasty, there are also many people who get revision surgery because the nasal tip droops over time, so if only the nasal ala comes down 2-3 mm, I don’t think I would want anything more regarding the shape of my nose.
