It feels like it has been a while since I posted. It has been a week since I came home last Sunday. Today, while organizing my past photos to post after a long time, I looked at the photos from up to 4-5 days after surgery and thought, did I really have a time like that? haha On day 9 after surgery, I went to the hospital to have the first stitches removed. Even after that, I have continued boiling porridge, blending it in a mixer, and eating it almost like drinking it until now. Until the hospital gives me guidance, I am just continuing with the same method as before. After coming home last Sunday, for one week I went outside every day and met friends, and I think I spent about 7 hours a day outside hanging out with friends at drinking gatherings. Of course, I did not drink alcohol or smoke, and only drank water haha Until day 13 after surgery, I had a slight sour, aching feeling around the lower jaw, but since then I have not had that feeling at all. There are still lump-like areas around the lower jaw from the wounds, but they are getting smaller every day. The lump on the left is almost gone now, and only a very small amount remains on the right. At the same time, it feels like about 1/4 of the swelling in the lower jaw and cheek area remains. (This is about the same level as the overall swelling of my face.) When I meet friends, they seem to think I just gained some weight in my face. I hear that I gained a little weight, and I also hear people ask if I had nose surgery haha From day 15 after surgery, I have been eating soft foods (steamed egg, tofu) very carefully. I am also eating fresh cream cake. The overall contour is: Cheekbones: Time is passing, but the cheekbone effect still has not shown much yet. Especially the front cheekbone area does not look like it has changed much, but the hospital said it is scar tissue. They said that as time passes, this scar tissue will go away and the cheekbone effect will appear. Since the improvement effect appears about 10% per month, now that only 17 days have passed, I think it is hard to expect the surgical effect yet. I think it will get better if I wait calmly, but I am very satisfied even with the current cheekbone level (the level where the cheekbones look slightly protruding). The 45-degree cheekbones already look much improved. Square jaw: I did cut quite a lot from the square jaw, but it was originally curved inward and not really square-shaped, so I wondered if there would be an effect (I had also been getting Botox), but it has already started to look slimmer. Once all the swelling around the jaw goes down, I think I will be really satisfied. Scalp incision scar: Since it was done through a scalp incision, this is also an area that needs management. It has been 10 days since I started showering and washing my hair. During that time, I handled it very carefully when washing my hair. Now the hair shedding has also started to decrease, and I am gently washing the hair around the scar area. My previous experience with hair transplantation is helping a lot.^^ Tomorrow I am going to the hospital to remove the last remaining stitches, and I am also not going to rush this part at all. When I had my hair transplant before, it was my first experience, so I was very impatient, but in the end I only got stressed, and everything resolved with time. Looking back now, remembering how I wrote reviews here and there and asked questions about shock loss back then makes me smile. When washing or drying your hair, it is more comfortable to handle if you gently press the wound area with one hand and wash or dry with the other hand. I expect it will gradually get better as time passes. When it reaches one month in 2 weeks, I will post another review with photos^^
