I had surgery at the beginning of March this year I had a slight hump, so they did osteotomy and shaved it down, laid a thin layer of silicone, and used septal cartilage for the nasal tip~~ I wanted a straight nose, so I asked them to make it straight I liked the nasal tip and the shape, but as the swelling went down and time passed, it seemed like the hump had been shaved a little insufficiently, and the nasal tip kept getting too pointy It also seemed like something that wasn’t a pimple had come out on the nasal tip;; So I went back to the hospital for another consultation, and they said the nasal bridge had all been shaved down, but since I wanted it straight, maybe it could have been shaved a little less?? Anyway, they said if I wanted, they could shave that again, and for the nasal tip, because my skin is thin and was getting thinner, the thread tying the nasal tip might be showing through;; OMG, I’d gotten so scared from reading community posts that something might go wrong, so I asked what I should do, and they said they could add AlloDerm So with my limited knowledge lol I asked whether AlloDerm would be difficult if it had to be removed later, and they said if I didn’t like that, they would take dermis from behind the ear and use that So I thought my own dermis would probably be better than AlloDerm, so I decided on that and immediately scheduled the surgery date The surgery was on October 26 This time I asked them to make it slightly semi-ski-slope-shaped so the nasal bridge could be shaved down completely~~~ Maybe because it was my second surgery this time? Or because they didn’t do osteotomy? It was really amazingly almost free of swelling or bruising;;; Still, just in case, I took my medicine extremely diligently haha The very last photo is from the day I came back after nose surgery, and the first, second, and third photos are from the 30th, the 4th day after surgery, and the fourth and fifth photos are from the 31st, the 5th day. I had plans, so I just slapped on concealer and lip gloss; This time, because I’d had surgery once before, I felt more at ease, and I smoked from the second dayㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ It’s probably even worse for dermis, I must have been crazy Maybe because it was the second time, I was worried, but my body just wouldn’t cooperateㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Still, I was really glad there was no swelling or bruising, and the first time, even when I took cold medicine for my nose, my runny nose was no joke, but this time it only came out occasionally, just enough to gather a little? Only that much came out, so it was more comfortable I’m going to get my stitches removed today~~ㅋㅋㅋ The splint seemed like it was just placed on top and it fell right off, so I carefully removed it while being careful not to touch my nose. It should be okay, right? How are my nose line and shape????
