I had my nose tip done with septal cartilage. Is this a side effect?

Ever since I was little, after an injury, the nose I was born with developed a hump, and I lived with it for years. Then last May I broke my nasal bone and had surgery. I asked the doctor if there was any way to remove the hump while doing the surgery, and they said the bone would have to be shaved down. When I asked if there was any other option besides that, they said that since the bridge had become humped and the tip had drooped downward, they could use septal cartilage to bring it back to its original shape to some degree, if not perfectly. So I thought maybe I could get my childhood nose back, and asked them to do it that way. After the surgery, once the swelling went down a bit, my parents were happy and said my bridge had returned to how it looked when I was young, and I was very satisfied too. But after a few months, the nose started to droop little by little again.. Now, 1 year and 5 months later, it is much better than before, but the bridge has drooped somewhat again. That part doesn’t bother me much, but the shape of the nose has become different on the left and right. From the right side, the bridge is smooth, but from the left side, the bridge is a little uneven; the right side is a straight line, but the left side has a curve, and personally I’m really bothered by it. To fix this, do I need revision surgery? I don’t want it to be higher, I just want to smooth out this unevenness
