It has been about six and a half months since surgery I had a hump and a droopy, arrow-shaped nose Right now I want to remove the hump shaving result with 2 mm silicone placed on it, the septal cartilage strut, and all the cartilage.... also the cartilage tying... Of course I’m worried about it becoming upturned after removal, but people say that comes down little by little over time.... My pre-surgery nose was long and droopy, so if it comes down that much again,,,,, I think I would dislike that too ㅠㅠ Or after removal, would the nasal tip be a little higher than before surgery?? For those whose noses were somewhat droopy and long like mine, after removal, did it become like before, or is it slightly upturned? Ah!! And if I’m going to remove it, it’s better to do it now at the six-month mark, right?? Compared with doing it after a little over a year.... Or is there not much difference between the two??
