The surgery took about 1 hour. I should have taken it out sooner ㅠㅠㅠㅠ For real, I don't think I had surgery to become prettier by paying money, I think I paid money to become uglier. Sigh, I'm really glad I no longer have to live struggling with that crappy nose shape ㅠㅠ My nose was completely pointy like a bird's beak, and when going from the nasal bridge to the tip, it dipped in the middle and the nasal tip protruded. It was a disgusting nose.. I looked like a completely different person because the nasal tip changed. It was totally strange, completely. After the removal surgery, now it doesn't look cut off in the middle like that, and it seems like my old side profile of my nose has come back. There is still swelling, but it's still different. And when I used to run my hand from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip, it felt weird, but there is none of that now ㅠㅠㅠ You know when you touch the nasal tip and it feels numb, heavy, and strange. There is none of that now.. And after the surgery, my nose had gotten longer, right? Now the nose length has become smaller again, so the overall nose shape is completely my old nose shape.. The problem is what happened to the nasal tip.. Right now there is a lot of blood coming from my nose, so they put cotton in my nose and taped the nostrils and nasal tip, so I still don't really know.. the shape of the nasal tip, whether the columella has returned to how it originally was.. But the funny thing is, the professor showed me the cartilage after removal, and said that after removing the septal cartilage, there was something strange. So I asked to see it. Some strange red-colored thing?????? Is this Medpor? And they said a lot of septal cartilage had been used ㅠㅠ ha... The doctor at the hospital where I had it done put something strange in my nose however they wanted.. ㅠㅠ Everyone, is that Medpor? ㅠㅠ And the university hospital was really thoroughly prepared. When I went into the operating room, an intern doctor explained things to me. They didn't say anything that sounded scary at all.. I got up on the operating table and saw the professor's face, and the professor did the entire surgery, while the interns only helped from the side. The nurse asked me why I was removing it, so I said I was removing it because it looked completely strange. They said it would be local anesthesia, so that means you're getting surgery fully conscious, right? I was really scared, but it just felt like getting dental treatment at the dentist? Whew.. But they were going to do sedation anesthesia and then local anesthesia, but since I couldn't fall asleep, they just did local anesthesia, and it hurt so much.. like... the pain of shaving bone? ㅠㅠ I will never touch my face again. Now even the two words “plastic surgery” feel so repulsive.. To me, it feels like plastic surgery that kills. For three and a half months, I lived through such a hard time, and I lived in hiding so much that I wanted to die. Now I hope I recover well, and during the contraction period too, I hope I stay clear-headed and recover.. I hope all of you recover as quickly as possible too. I really feel relieved. Before, because there was silicone in the nasal bridge, something felt strange, and the nasal tip was also so high that it had a crappy shape, but I'm glad it's no longer like that. Completely my own natural nose ㅠㅠ But since it was done with an open approach, I am worried about the scar from the open approach.. The columella must have come back too, right? Please.. ㅠㅠ
