It's been one month since removal, and they originally didn't show at all. Will it come down? It's not an upturned nose, but I feel like I look like a pig and it's driving me crazy

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
