My nostrils were very exposed when viewed from the front and side, and it was a complex for me, so I had surgery. I went to consultations here and there, and even at hospitals other than the one where I had surgery, they said I had a hump nose and a drooping nasal tip, so they recommended columella support + nostril lowering or nostril reduction. I was tempted and thought about doing the nasal bridge too, but I decided not to get greedy, so I only did alar drooping correction + nostril reduction. Honestly, the price was expensive, but the consultant analyzed my nose carefully, and there were many reviews saying the results were natural, so I thought, if I’m spending the money anyway, I should do it properly! and had the surgery. There isn’t a dramatic change, but the round, prominent part feels smoothly refined. If you look at the underside of my nose up close, you can see a bit of scarring.. but if I don’t mention it, people wouldn’t know. I also don’t care about it at all hahaha From the side, the nostrils look less prominent, so I’m very satisfied.
