After monitoring ㅂㅂㅌ, a community, ㄱㅇㅅ cafe, other plastic surgery-related communities, YouTube, etc. for about 1-2 years, I decided because it ranked high in the data I collected. Consultation appointments are also backed up, so you can think of it as getting a consultation 3 months later at the very earliest. After visiting, the clinic atmosphere was on the warm side. Maybe because it's a private clinic and appointment-based, I only ran into about 2-3 patients. Before the consultation, they took photos from several angles, including front and side views. Then consultation with the manager - identifying the direction and needs for the surgery I wanted, discussing aftercare and the surgery schedule. They also showed me before-and-after photos of various cases, and among them, they showed a case that was so exactly like mine that both the manager and I were really surprised. The manager was very kind and helpful. Then I had the main consultation with the director. I consulted with the director while looking at the CT images. With a 3D program? they modified things in real time and carefully made a rough virtual 3D side view and front view of how it would look after surgery. Along with the explanation, they showed photos of patients with cases similar to mine and explained for about an hour. It was somehow a consultation that felt different from other places. At other clinics, all they did was show an approximate side profile and say it could be raised about this much, expressing things in rough measurements and words, but I liked that they spoke with specific measurements and numbers. For the bridge material, since I felt burdened by silicone, they recommended artificial dermis. The conclusion was nasal tip with septal cartilage + alar base lowering + alar reduction. The price was more expensive than other places, but the consultation was so satisfying that among the places I've visited so far, I'm planning to put it in the top tier and decide

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
