I was really worried because of my bulbous nose. I went around to several places, and they said they would do alar reduction, but it didn’t solve the problem. I went to Nose Lab through a recommendation from an acquaintance whose surgery went well, and instead of alar reduction, I had nasal base narrowing done. I think it was a brilliant choice. Since it was closed rhinoplasty, there were no scars and recovery was fast. It definitely seems like a place with more skill than other hospitals hehe.
