My bulbous nose surgery review

<Before surgery, severe bulbous nose (not a fist)><After surgery, naturally slimmed down, good>I feel like my friends would recognize me if I posted my whole face.......(Still, if anyone noticed, quietly KakaoTalk me.......) You can probably tell just by looking at my nose, right? It was originally a bulbous nose + a wide nasal bridge, wasn’t it? Now it’s definitely slimmer, so I’m satisfied, yep If there’s one downside, people around me are saying crap like, did you also get your facial bones done? Please~~~ as if I would~~ This was my first surgery, and I still felt burdened by implants, so I had surgery with no implant + autologous costal cartilage For the nasal bridge, since it was implant-free anyway and I didn’t want anything except removing the hump, I wanted a natural feel But from the front, my nose looked spread out because of the bulbous shape, so I wanted the bridge and tip lines all refined What’s really fascinating is that my nose now came out exactly in the line the director had edited in Photoshop..?? They suggested osteotomy, so I did it, but honestly during the consultation I was a bit puzzled. But they had just done what suited me lol Now that it’s been a little over a month, if you have a very clear nose style you want, getting it done at a place like this seems much better And this is absolutely not me bragging, but once the nose that looked spread out from the front became thinner I guess my face looks more slender. I didn’t really expect it, but it’s fascinating when people around me say that... My friends are the type who never give empty compliments lol After surgery, I was worried because of the swelling, but recovery was faster than I expected It was autologous costal cartilage surgery, and there’s a separate warranty system, so I don’t have to anxiously worry about the nasal tip dropping Mentally, it felt less burdensome and more reassuring too.. If it weren’t for this, I probably wouldn’t have done it Among all the places I went around consulting, only this place had that Since it was my first nose surgery, I looked into it so carefully it felt like I was tearing my hair out, but I think I did well without regrets~~ But the surface of my nose skin seems a bit rougher than before surgery.. is it just me imagining it? Still, well.. I think getting my nose done was one of the best decisions ever lol
