The hospital is on the smaller side, and it was quiet, so I think it was okay! The director is kind and seems to try hard to explain things well. But from how I felt, it was like they were trying to fit me into a predetermined answer? Still, I liked that they explained structural issues and improvement methods well. The consultant also wasn’t just formal and was quite kind.
