Revision rhinoplasty: nostril asymmetry and how much will the nasal tip come down..?

10 years ago, as soon as I turned 20, I didn’t know anything and followed my mom, and through an acquaintance of my cousin, I had ear cartilage for the nasal tip + nasal bridge osteotomy + alar reduction. But my nasal tip came down like crazy and became like an arrow nose, which stressed me out so much, so ahead of my wedding next year, I had revision surgery... Since I thought a flashy look wouldn’t suit me, I emphasized “absolutely natural!!!!!!!!!!” and had 3 mm silicone + donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip, septal cartilage + alar reduction. When the splint first came off, I thought I looked like Zhu Bajie... I thought, wow, they must have overcorrected it a lot. But as soon as the splint came off and the swelling started going down, it already felt like the nasal tip had naturally come down?? My previous nose had drooped so severely that I’m a bit worried it’ll become like that again... And the nostrils being a little asymmetrical is bothering me a bitㅠ. ㅠ When I was going around for consultations, at one hospital the consultation manager said, “Your facial asymmetry is really severe~ you must hate taking photos,” and ever since then I’ve been bothered by my facial asymmetry too, and seeing the nostril asymmetry makes me even more bothered.... It’s been a little over a week, but even considering swelling, the nostril symmetry probably won’t even out, right...?
