Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I had my nose implant/cartilage removed,,

I had rhinoplasty, and originally my nose was not crooked, but after the nose surgery, my nose became crooked to one side. I did not have silicone inserted; septal cartilage was placed from the middle of the nasal bridge to the nasal tip. So I had it removed after 6 months, but even now, 2 weeks after removal, the crookedness is still the same ㅠㅠ Does anyone know why it is crooked? Is it that the transplanted septal cartilage became tilted and made the nasal cartilage inside crooked too? ㅜㅜ I’m so upset,,, But if dermis was placed on one side next to the nasal bridge, could it also make the nose bend toward that side? Please answer,,,,
