Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I went for a removal consultationㅠ Please give me some advice

It has been 3 weeks since my surgery, and I made appointments at a few places and had consultations. Originally, I had my nasal cartilage tied, a strut built with septal cartilage, and two layers of ear cartilage placed on top. It feels too hard, my nostrils became longer, and it looks obviously operated on to anyone, so I couldn't just wait and went for consultations. There was one place that suggested leaving the silicone on the nasal bridge as is, removing all the septal cartilage and the strut in the nasal tip, and doing cartilage repositioning. Another place said my skin is thin, so I should remove both the silicone and cartilage and use only autologous dermis. I wonder whether autologous dermis has fewer side effects.ㅠ I just want to live with nothing in there, but I'm scared of things like contracture and scar tissueㅠ And maybe because it's revision surgery, the cost came out higher than I expected.. At 3 weeks post-op, what method should I choose?ㅠ Is it okay to have surgery? Please give me advice.
