A long time ago, I had silicone and ear cartilage, but as time passed the silicone started to show, so I had revision surgery with Gore-Tex and ear cartilage But the bridge to the tip of my nose dropped in too straight a line, so today I had only the tip redone With nose surgery, not being able to breathe is worse than the pain They used AlloDerm from the middle of the nasal bridge and ear cartilage at the end; please let it succeed............. My old nose was pretty too, but with silicone, as time passes and the skin thins due to aging, it definitely becomes noticeable Gore-Tex makes the nasal bridge thick too There is a difference between the two. For shape, silicone wins I guess noses really need to be done once every 10 years..... I hope everyone succeeds without inflammation or contracture
