I had it done 4 years ago at H** in Apgujeong through an acquaintance’s referral... For over 30 years I’d heard that because I had a crooked nose and a hump, it looked like a witch’s nose, so I finally made up my mind.... Since it was through an acquaintance’s referral, I did get it at a lower price...
But at the time of surgery, I said I didn’t want implants, and they said since my nose was on the high side, it seemed like it would be okay not to use one... They said they had to use the cartilage on my nasal tip.. and that if they didn’t, it would get even longer, so I agreed only to that and had the surgery..
The result.... It’s too high... the crooked nose is still the same... and it became an extremely long nose... It’s not a long nose to the point of looking especially bad, but proportionally it looks very long.. It’s not that the nose itself is long, but the nasal tip and columella project out long....
7 months after surgery, I told the director that the columella was too long, so he did a surgery once to shorten the columella, but it’s still long...
What’s even more ridiculous is that I only now confirmed that they put silicone in... I’m the fool.... I didn’t know anything and just trusted them, but now the feeling seemed strange, so I asked, and they said it was recorded in the chart as having been used.... Why did you put it in when I told you not to... When I argued, they said they had told me... I said I was never informed of anything.. how many millimeters were used... what precautions there were... or what kind was put in, but they just kept saying they had told me.... And that was the consultant.... I didn’t even get a glimpse of the director’s face. When I took an X-ray, there was a sunken area on the nasal bridge... So it seems they used silicone for that, and if that was the situation, then using it may have been natural, but shouldn’t they at least have explained it to me... I was so angry, but I felt that if I argued, I would be the only one who looked strange and would just become a fool at this age, so I thought I shouldn’t deal with them and just left... These days the cartilage at my nasal tip is also showing through, so I’m worried... If a problem comes up later, I’ll have no choice but to replace the silicone... If I remove it, I think the sunken area on the nasal bridge will show very severely from the outsideㅜ Maybe because they put the silicone in, they also placed the cartilage too high, so it shows through quite a lot... The crooked nose is still the same too... If there are no other problems with the cartilage showing through, would it be okay to just leave it alone... When I cry, exercise a bit, or when it’s cold, the nasal tip and nasal bridge become like that..ㅜㅜ I’m regretting that I should’ve just not touched my nose... Sigh.....
