I'm considering surgery for a bulbous nose this winter. Assuming I get surgery in the Gangnam area, how much do nose surgery prices usually start from at the basic level? I'm also curious whether there is a type that costs more between silicone and costal cartilage.. I've only recently started properly looking into nose surgery, so I don't know where to start
