For my small nose, I had silicone and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Up to now, 8 years later, I’ve been living satisfied without capsular contracture or deformation. However, I can’t avoid my nose turning especially red in the cold winter. When I touch the area where the ear cartilage was removed with my hand, it feels sunken... that’s all. I still have no abnormal signs at all. I hope it stays this way until I die. I’m active in this community to get information about cosmetic surgery on other areas.
