I had revision rhinoplasty in Busan early this year.. For about a month there was swelling, so the nasal tip looked a bit high and all, but as time passed, these days the nasal tip has become natural-looking and okay. I’m still careful when washing my face, but now that the minor swelling has gone down too, it’s better.. These days, for blackhead care, I sometimes open my pores with a towel and wash like that, but it doesn’t feel as dramatically clean as when I got care at High Gallery, so I keep wondering whether I’m doing it wrong. Is there anything people have tried separately and found effective? Is dermatology the answer..?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
