Recently, I even went to ㅅㅇ, so I think I’ve visited every hospital that says removal would be okay except ㄱㅇㅅ. Now all that’s left is to decide, but I’m torn between two completely different hospitals. At ㅍㄹㅁ, they said they would remove the silicone, slightly refine the several layers of ear cartilage stacked at the nasal tip, and correct the nasal tip just a little. I don’t have inflammatory contracture, and my nasal tip is plump enough that I’d consider it a bulbous nose, and I also had nostril/alar base reduction, so I liked that they would operate this way. At ㅅㅇ, they talked about unconditional complete removal and the nasal tip, but they said my original nasal tip is high, so if I want to correct the nasal tip, the nasal bridge also has to be raised, and then it would be like now…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
