It’s been about 5 months since I had septal nasal extension. At first, I was going to have everything removed because of nasal congestion, but now it has improved a lot haha. Still, I’m planning to have complete nose removal. When doing complete nose removal, I know side effects can include collapse and depression, etc., but is there anyone who can tell me why depression occurs? ㅜㅜ Is it because a problem happens during the surgical process, or does it depend on the condition of the nose after surgery?
